Shipping policy

Showroom Pickup
All items are dispatched from our showroom located at 409 Malvern Road, South Yarra Victoria 3141. Should you prefer to collect your order or arrange your own carrier, please select Pickup in showroom (free) at check out and we will be in touch to arrange a convenient time with you and to discuss any special requirements you need to consider about the items size and weight. Collection outside of regular trading hours can be arranged with prior notice. This is especially handy for our country clients who may be ‘in town’ for weekends.

Individual Quoting
Each purchase requires individual quoting based on the size, fragility, special wrapping and delivery location. This ensures accurate shipping costs tailored to your specific order. Brownlow Interior Design uses TNT, Australia Post and a network of specialty carriers. All orders are shipped with insurance at customers cost, this ensures you are not out of pocket should a fragile item arrived damaged or broken.

Quoting Process
Once you've added items to your cart, proceed to the checkout. During the checkout process, please be aware you will not see a fixed shipping cost. After receiving your order, we will calculate the shipping cost based on the size, fragility and delivery location. We will then provide you with a personalised shipping quote via email within 2-4 business days.
* Note: shipping quotes will only be sent Monday-Friday, not on weekends.

Shipping Timeframe
After confirming and approving the shipping quote, your order will be processed and shipped, please allow up to 5 days for us to prepare, pack and send your items. Should the item require specialty carriers, time frames will be advised at time of quoting. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the size of your order. You will receive a tracking number or confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping
For all international shipping enquiries please contact showroom@brownlow.net.au . Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country. Whilst we try our best to source competitive shipping options, please note shipping around the globe is expensive.
