Goods on Approval

Please contact us if you wish to discuss having a product delivered to see it in your space, pick-up is available from our showroom or delivery can be arranged, charges do apply.

Change of Mind
Due to the personalised quoting process & unique nature of our products & cost involved with shipping, we accept returns for change of mind in exchange for store credit, return shipping charges do apply. 

Product Defects
Due to the nature of Vintage & Antique pieces, it is expected that whilst structurally sound, these items will appear to show age & patina, these imperfections add to the character of the item. Please do request additional images & information if you feel unsure. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the defect, and we will assess the issue and provide instructions for return or replacement. 

Shipping Errors
If there is an error in the shipping process, such as receiving the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, we will cover any associated shipping costs.
