Shipping Policy

  • Individual Quoting: Each sale requires individual quoting based on the size and delivery location. This ensures accurate shipping costs tailored to your specific order.
  • Quoting Process: Once you've added items to your cart, proceed to checkout. During the checkout process, you will not see a fixed shipping cost. After receiving your order, we will calculate the shipping cost based on the size and delivery location. We will then provide you with a personalized shipping quote via email within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Timeframe: After confirming and approving the shipping quote, your order will be processed and shipped. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the size of your order. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping, the same quoting process applies. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Customised Nature: Due to the personalised quoting process and the unique nature of our products, we do accept returns for store credit or exchanges for reasons other than product defects or shipping errors. Delivery charges do apply.
  • Goods On Approval: Please contact us if you wish to discuss having a product delivered to see it in your space, delivery charges do apply.
  • Product Defects: Due to the nature of Vintage & Antique pieces, it is expected that whilst structurally sound, these items will appear to show age & patina, these imperfections add to the character of the item. Please do request additional images & information if you feel unsure. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the defect, and we will assess the issue and provide instructions for return or replacement. 
  • Shipping Errors: If there is an error in the shipping process, such as receiving the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, we will cover any associated shipping costs.
