Set amongst the silvery green Moonah Trees of the Mornington Peninsula, this elegant house was purchased for an expanding family to retreat during the summer away from their country property. We set about specifying a scheme which replicated the natural colours of the surrounding coastal environment.
Soft chalky colours, some fine Antiques, hand made rugs, sturdy reproduction dining furniture and classic lighting provide an un-fussy and comfortable interior. French textiles from Caravane & Pierre Frey add a decorative element whilst not overbearing or bold.
